Every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! You can just show us your QR code on your phone! But, we do suggest taking a screenshot in case your service is impaired when
checking in.

Do all children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, a parent must accompany all children under 14 and all parties must pay to enter. WE DO NOT ALLOW MINOR DROP-OFFS for the safety of our guests.

We do not accept cash. We accept credit, debit, and Apple Pay.

What do I need to wear?

You are outdoors so please wear comfortable clothing. There are “no shoes” or “bare feet” as you must wear socks. We sell non-slip socks that you can use on future
visits.

Yes, we have limited seating, first come, first serve, and other amenities.

What if it's raining?

We reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or alter times of our sessions due to inclement weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms and the like.
Please check the local weather and dress appropriately. We will notify our ticket holders via email, SMS and/or on our social media pages to any changes as noted
above.

What if I get too hot?

Jump 2 the Sky is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately, wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. We have shaded areas and refreshments available onsite.

How much is parking?

We do not charge for parking at any of our events.

Where do I purchase tickets?

Sessions often sell out so to guarantee your spot, we recommend purchasing in advance online at www.jump2thesky.ca Tickets can also be purchased on location.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by those named on the tickets.

My event was cancelled or postponed, what now?

If your event has been canceled or postponed you will have received an email outlining your options. New tickets for the rescheduled date will be issued soon.

Is there a weight limit?

We can handle all bouncers up to 300lbs.

I'm pregnant, can I still bounce?

We do allow those who are pregnant to take part, you do so at your own discretion. Be mindful that the surface of any inflatables can be unpredictable, and you may
lose your footing at points.

All lost items can be picked up from the front check-in team during event hours.
